We offer a variety of services from conservative to fashion forward and trendy hair color, retexturizing services that enhance or control hard-to-handle hair, or just stop in for a quick blowdry and quick makeup before your busy day.

Cheryl Caso
Cheryl Caso is the owner & one of the many talented designers of L'Elegance Salon. She started her career in 1985, & in 1992 she decided to open her own salon. Since then, L'Elegance has grown from a two chair salon to a highly trained staff of ten. Cheryl is color certified as a "Color Specialist" for Eufora and Goldwell & has mastered all areas of hair care, specifically, cutting, special occasion styling, & retexturizing (i.e. relaxers/perms). She continues to further her education, in Connecticut, but also in other areas in the United States, Canada & Europe. She believes that by educating herself & her design team will keep each guest fashion forward, along with their own personalized look. Cheryl promotes an atmosphere of relaxation, pampering & overall professionalism in her salon.
Tricia Vivenzio
Tricia has been a designer since 1990, & has been with L'Elegance since it opened in 1992. She is experienced in all areas of hair designing. Tricia is trained & certified in Great Lengths Hair Extensions, Deva Curl certified & also specializes in special occasion and bridal styles. She continues to educate herself in color & cutting in Connecticut, & in other areas of the United States.
Michelle Caso
Michelle has been a designer since 1985, & has been with L'Elegance Salon since 1993. She is experienced in all areas of hair designing, & specializes in hair relaxing. Michelle has extensive training in color & continues her education to keep up with current styles & trends. Michelle is a certified color specialist for Eufora and Goldwell, Deva Curl certified & specializes in retexturizing & relaxing as well. Michelle has trained in Connecticut, but also in New York, Massachusetts & Canada.
Siobhan Bazinet
Siobhan has been a designer since 1999, & she has been with L'Elegance Salon since the start of her career. She has continued her education in color & cutting, all throughout Connecticut & has also traveled to Baltimore to have further learning. She specializes in special occasion up-styles & cutting, but is also known for relaxing scalp treatments.
Noelle Caso
Noelle is the daughter of Cheryl, the owner of L'Elegance. She grew up in the Salon surrounded by her talented mom and aunts and learned from them. She attended Wilcox Technical High School for the trade of hairdressing. She is a fully licensed hair dresser and self taught makeup artist. She is passionate about her trade and loves to make clients feel beautiful. Come in and meet Noelle!
Gabrielle annunziato
Gabrielle is a graduate from Paul Mitchel. She is a fully licensed cosmetologist. Gabrielle also attended Academy Di Capelli, receiving her makeup certification. She is a down to earth, passionate stylist who is always looking to please her clients. She loves balayage and styling! Come in and see Gabrielle for a wonderful, personalized experience!
Claudia Horgan (Front Desk Coordinator)
Claudia has been with the salon since 2010, and always goes above and beyond to make the day run smoothly & keep everyone's schedule organized. She also caters to everyone's hair care needs.
